Celebrating its 100th anniversary in 1999, Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital (CRMH) provides premiere healthcare services to the residents of southwestern Virginia. The 765-bed hospital includes a 60-bed neonatal intensive care unit, and a level one trauma center. Patients have access to nearby specialty clinics, family medical centers, and a host of personalized treatment options.

Carilion currently offers a Traditional Rotating Internship program and an AOA approved Neurosurgery Residency program. Carilion also offers two dually accredited (AOA and ACGME) programs in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine.
